Credit System & Protection
In production mode, sign in with Google. Starting a generation reserves 1 credit. If the server fails during transcription or scene planning, your credit is automatically refunded.
Certain preview environments operate in Free launch · unlimited mode with no credit deductions.
Account Status & Troubleshooting
When managing your account and credit balance, you may encounter these common statuses:
- Sign in required: Authenticate with your Google account to access your workspace and credits.
- Session expired: Sign in again to refresh your authentication token.
- Out of credits: Purchase additional credits through the account menu to start new video generations.
- Payment cancelled: The checkout dialog was closed without processing a charge.
- Payment failed: The payment was not completed; retry or try an alternate payment method.
