Agreement and eligibility

By using Explayner, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction. If you use Explayner for a business or another person, you confirm that you have authority to bind them.

Your account information

You must provide accurate information, including your name and email address, and keep account access secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and must promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.

Purchases and credits

Some Explayner features may require a purchase or credits. Prices, taxes, billing terms, credit expiry, and any refund rules shown at checkout form part of the purchase. Credits are not cash, cannot be transferred or resold, and may not be reversed after use except where required by applicable consumer or payment law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights available to consumers in India or elsewhere.

Uploaded fonts and user materials

You retain ownership of font files and preferences you upload. You grant Explayner a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce, and display them only as needed to provide the service. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and licences and will not upload fonts that infringe another person’s rights or contain unlawful material.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, bypass credit or security controls, reverse engineer it, interfere with other users, upload malware, infringe rights, violate privacy, or use Explayner for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, discriminatory, or deceptive activity. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law.

Intellectual property

Explayner, its software, website, design, branding, and related materials belong to Explayner or its licensors. These terms give you a limited right to use the service and do not transfer ownership of our technology or trademarks.

Service availability and changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features, including credit and font-storage features. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes. The service may be unavailable for maintenance, security, or events outside our reasonable control.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Explayner is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. AI-assisted or generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your purpose, and you must review it before use. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Explayner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from your use of the service. Any limitation is subject to non-waivable consumer protections and other mandatory rights under the laws applicable to you.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are intended to operate consistently with applicable Indian law, including consumer-protection and data-protection requirements, and with mandatory rights in the country where you live. Where legally permitted, disputes will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction over Explayner’s registered operating location; consumers retain any mandatory right to bring a claim in their home jurisdiction.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new date. If you have a question, refund concern, accessibility request, or complaint, use the Contact support link on this site. Nothing in these terms is legal advice; a qualified lawyer should review them for your business and jurisdiction before launch.
